Since Shanghai’s two-phase COVID-19 lockdown started on March 28, truckers from neighboring Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces say they have faced several difficulties. Some are struggling with limited supplies, while others find it difficult to get the permits needed to leave Shanghai.
