Wang Huiwen, the co-founder and senior vice president of food-delivery and restaurant-review platform Meituan, has announced that bike-sharing company Mobike will be renamed “Meituan Bike,” according to a press release sent to Sixth Tone on Wednesday.

Mobike is one of the biggest players in China’s shared-bike industry. Its top competitor, Ofo, has been embroiled in financial turmoil in recent months, with users lining up outside its Beijing headquarters to reclaim their deposits and courts ordering the company to pay its debts.
